What is CASS certification?
CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification verifies your mailing addresses against USPS standards, improving deliverability and qualifying your mailing for postal discounts.
Can you ship fragile fine art safely?
Yes — we use archival, protective packaging built for fine art and photography, so your work arrives in the same condition it left the studio.
Do you handle bulk direct-mail campaigns?
Yes — from database setup and CASS certification to printing, sorting, and mailing, we handle full-service direct mail from start to finish.
What’s the difference between shipping and local delivery?
Shipping sends your order nationwide via carrier. Local delivery uses our own travel time and truck rental for jobs within our service area — often the better option for large-format or bulk pieces.
