When customers submit AI-generated artwork, the customer remains solely responsible for ensuring they possess all legal rights necessary to reproduce and commercially use the content. Avant Printing does not verify ownership of AI-generated images or prompts.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Avant Printing may photograph or scan completed work for internal quality control. We will not publicly display customer work for marketing purposes without the customer’s permission.
9. Repeat Infringers
Avant Printing reserves the right to refuse future orders from individuals or organizations that repeatedly submit materials believed to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
