You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases required to reproduce all submitted materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Avant Printing harmless against claims arising from infringement of copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Avant Printing respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content appearing on our website infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing with sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized.

When customers submit AI-generated artwork, the customer remains solely responsible for ensuring they possess all legal rights necessary to reproduce and commercially use the content. Avant Printing does not verify ownership of AI-generated images or prompts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Avant Printing may photograph or scan completed work for internal quality control. We will not publicly display customer work for marketing purposes without the customer's permission.
Avant Printing reserves the right to refuse future orders from individuals or organizations that repeatedly submit materials believed to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
