How is design or layout time billed?
Hourly, and quoted upfront before we start — you’ll know the estimated cost before any work begins.
Can you fix a low-resolution or damaged photo?
In most cases, yes. Image enhancement covers upscaling, sharpening, and general touch-ups. Send us the file and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What counts as “printing setup”?
File prep work needed to make a customer-supplied file print-ready — checking bleed, color mode, and resolution, and correcting issues before it goes to press.
Do you offer design revisions?
Yes — reasonable rounds of revisions are included before final approval. We’ll flag it if a request falls outside standard scope.
